Esson Properties acquired 30-32 Hutcheon Street, home to one of KwikFits busiest branches.

The property comprises a semi-detached two storey commercial premises providing a workshop, office and extensive yard, providing parking for 50-60 cars, in the forecourt. 

KwikFit (GB) Limited have leased the property for a 25 year period making this a strategic acquisition for Esson and providing additional stability within their investment portfolio.
